A South Carolina player scooped a Troy fumble and ran 70 yards to the end zone and appeared to score a touchdown. However, upon review it was clear that the South Carolina player celebrated early and threw the ball up in the air before crossing the goal line. The ball went out of the back of the end zone, so the play was ruled a touchback and the ball was given back to Troy. South Carolina currently holds a 23-14 lead over Troy in the fourth quarter.
