Stop doing this warmup with dumbbells. Since gravity acts downward and your rotating the weight horizontally, all you're doing is flexing your bicep and you're not putting any tension on your shoulder. Instead, use a band so that the line of resistance acts horizontally, so that you can actually pull with your rotator cuff.
