*Almost* 1 Hour of Silence Occasionally Interrupted By UVB-76
Published at : November 27, 2021
Hello!
First of all, I'd like to note my sources of this video, which are few, but still important. I normally try to give credit to the things I use in my videos, so here you go:
Sponge-Bob Radio Tower:
https://spongebob.fandom.com/wiki/K-BLUB
UVB-76 Broadcast:
http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/
(Tune to 4526 kHz)
Second of all, I'd like to tell you a little about UVB-76 and why I made this video on it. In short, UVB-76 is a Russian broadcasting, wide band radio broadcast that you can listen to. Most people believe that it was started somewhere around the 1970s-80s in the Soviet Union to send secret messages to others listening to it, and I also think this is true. VERY occasionally, it happens that talking will come on to it, but again, this is rare. It's nickname is "The Buzzer" as it almost always has a "buzzing" sound, and then silence for about a second each. It's honestly very mysterious.
Third of all, this video was only partially my idea. Many people have done videos like this, but I believe the original is the link that follows:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6BSnp534L4
(I could be wrong)
Thank you all so much for watching! It really does mean so much to me!
