This hyundai sweeps around the merge lane and must give way to through traffic. The hyundai proceeds to the end of the lane and appears to be coming out regardless, so the dash cam car yields to avoid a collision. The Gold Hyundai believes it has right of way?
This is so often mixed up with a zipper merge, where the vehicle ahead has right of way - Why do drivers always get this so wrong!!!!
