7/30-31/2022 (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Gangstalking Perpetrator Loiter to Get Recorded Shared

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Non organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators do not loiter around in any form because they are legitimate places to go to or legitimage business to conduct and therefore do not waste time to loiter around anywhere to take up space and time. Non perps just like to get their stuff done in the most efficient way and time possible. This means the various kinds of perps stick out and that means they get to be shared all over the planet on various web sites and different groups.

On a Sunday, or any other day, non gangstalking perpetrators do not like to loiter around in their cars or stand outside in the hot summer heat or freezing winter chills. This means that you or I can drag things out longer than necessary and record and share the perps either baking in the summer heat or freezing in the winter cold. Whatever you do, just make it more uncomfortable and in every sense for the perps, and make sure you all record their discomfort or vacant mental facial expressions for every group members to watch. We want to see perp anxiety, discomfort, and public humiliation. Those are what gets the audiences excited and all our statistical numbers will go up some more.

We were at two main separate locations to set up to collect any or all gangstalking perpetrators that may walk or drive straight into our collection. Sooner or later, one of the Community Watch, business staff perps, or any other kind of perps will show up and I/we will have completed our perp collection quota and we will all get to walk away with something to show for our time and efforts. This was also a statutory holiday long weekend and that just makes the various organized harassment perps stick out even more for international collecting and sharing. Their perp images would probably be useful for whatever any of the Targeted Individuals and allied groups have in their minds. Remember that they are only perps and you do not have to feel bad in whatever your goals are. You deserve to feel powerful and justified. We each just want to see the results of your work, to admire and to share with others.

Watch closely the loitering headlight car on the side of the street, the loitering gray car in the BC Liqour Store parking lot, on the right side, and the starring man and starring women near the BC Liqour Store parking lot area. You can freeze the screen to take screen shots of their faces to share with others who are even farther away. We just have not been acquainted with those farther away associates, yet.
