FTL: Four of a kind #121 Forged Lanius Hyperspeed [Crew]

Four of a kind challenge is a challenge run that originates from vanilla FTL where the save is altered at jump 0 to have four of a particular item, then you must try to survive the run with the four items occupying all of the relevant, available slots.

I have chosen to do this for FTL: Multiverse. I will achieve this by playing through using all of the modded weapons, drones and crew, getting a win with each of them. I will also play through the many addons available for multiverse and review them as i play through them.

Todays item of choice is the forged lanius. These lanius reject the frosty suction and instead radiate dangerous amounts of heat energy, it makes enemy crew do the melty melty very quickly, especially with many of them. These lanius are quite fragile though, so good use of the clonebay will be required to keep them in an extended fight.

Four of a kind challenge:

start with 4 of a weapon, crew or drone. You cannot put anything except these in your relevant slots for the whole run.
Difficulty is either normal/normal or hard/normal, although one can optionally take the extra challenge of hard/extreme at their own leasure.

Missiles and drones are unlimited and can be added for free during their relevant runs.

) On normal, add the scrap to unlock both weapons or drones and power required, then set to 0 scrap.
) On hard, add the scrap needed to unlock the weapons or drones system slots, but not the reactor power.
) All starting weapons/drones are to be sold for 0 scrap on hard when playing a weapon/drone.

additionally, if your weapons do not take up all of the 8 power bars...
) add 50 for normal
) add 25 for hard
) add 15 on challenge+ runs

The list of banned ships or rules for crew & drones can be found in the rulebook.
Ships that feature legendary items (like tuco A) for example are banned.
For 3 & 4 power bar weapons you can choose a ship with 2 slots (and you keep the extra weapons to sell!)
